Climbing again
I started climbing again – number of times I missed the trainings crossed the line after me and my body do not like the condition. Without phyical exercises I fade away.
So, climbing again. It was a rather easy training – no serious traces, no exhausting exercises, I kind of warmed up for the next round. We ran 3 sets of 5 traces one after another on the vertical wall with the maximum speed. This kind of exercises should improve trace visibility and technique, so climber wouldn’t waste a lot of time thinking how to put own body in given condition. When I quickly move upstairs there is no that much of a time to think about which hold to get and how, body should react immediately and continue with the next holds.
My timing was rather large compared to others, but I definitely did not try to squeeze the last possible piece of body today.
I’m just warming, and hell sees, expect excellent results soon.
