Climbing evening: the real things started
That was bloody hard training, although it started from a lecture about physical fundamentals in general and climbing application in particular, about the influence of the different trainings and expected results.
There were not many traces completed, mostly boulderings, but exercises at the end which instructor showed made the day. Quite simple set for the forearms with the weights: 15 and about 7kgs for two arms: heavier one for the power and lighter for the muscle breathing.
Each set contains three exercises to lift the weights by the different forearm’s muscules.
There were just 3 starts, but with maximum amount (read: while hand can hold the weight) in each exercise.
This sucked virtually all the power from the forearms, even after the sauna I was not able to hold climbing shoes while putting them into the bag or lace the shoes for a while :)
But that’s exactly what I wanted to have. A pain and what rises from it.
